NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 11-14-17 BY THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Adoption of the proposed County of Orange Commercial Cannabis Activities and Outdoor Personal Cultivation Prohibition Ordinance to prohibit commercial cannabis activity, including retail sale and distribution, commercial cultivation, outdoor personal cultivation, delivery, manufacturing, and testing, will reaffirm the existing prohibition on the sale and distribution of cannabis within unincorporated Orange County, and prohibit commercial cannabis activities, whether for medical or non-medical purposes, and prohibit the outdoor personal cultivation of cannabis to the extent permitted by state law.
