OC Infrastructure Programs manages the road programs in unincorporated county areas and the flood control programs throughout Orange County. This includes the engineering programming, design, policy development and recommendations, project development and management, and project delivery support services (regulatory permits, mitigation program, utilities, and hydrology) of road and flood infrastructure projects.
Manages the design and construction of flood control channels, storm drains, dams, pump stations and other drainage related facilities. OC Flood also coordinates regional flood control projects and floodplain management services with FEMA and other agencies on behalf of the Orange County Flood Control District.
