    Don’t test your luck this St. Patrick’s Day – drive sober or get pulled over.

    As residents across Orange County prepare to celebrate one of the country’s most popular holidays, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department DUI Enforcement Team is preparing to keep the roads safe.

    OCSD will be conducting roving DUI patrols throughout the county Friday in an effort to stop and arrest alcohol and drug-impaired drivers as part of the department’s ongoing traffic safety campaign.

    March 2, 2017  NEWS RELEASE: Two suspects arrested in Stanton homicide

    STANTON, Calif. (March 2, 2017)Sheriff’s investigators have arrested two suspects in the Feb. 28 homicide of a 25-year-old Anaheim man.

    Sheriff’s deputies at approximately 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, responded to reports of a shooting near Dale and Lola avenues. Deputies arrived to find Frederick Temple lying in the street suffering from a gunshot wound.

    Deputies rendered aid until Orange County Fire Paramedics arrived and pronounced Temple deceased.
