Liquid Waste Hauling Vehicles Program
The Liquid Waste Hauler Vehicle Program involves registration of vehicles and vessels used to collect or dispose of nonhazardous liquid wastes from sources such as septic systems, portable toilets, boats and grease traps. These vehicles and vessels are inspected annually and are provided with the necessary registration so that the wastes may be legally collected and/or disposed of within Orange County.
Per California Health and Safety Code, Section 117435, applicants to the Liquid Waste Hauler program may be registered under any terms, conditions, orders as directed by Orange County Health Care Agency. Vehicles and vessels will be automatically invoiced by this agency for every subsequent year after initial registration and a bill will be mailed to you. Liquid waste haulers must provide written notice to this agency for updating registration details, selling of business, or cancelling registration to prevent further invoicing.
