The Liquid Waste Hauling Vehicle Program involves registration of vehicles and vessels used to collect or dispose of nonhazardous liquid wastes from sources such as septic systems, portable toilets, boats and grease traps. These vehicles and vessels are inspected annually, and are provided with the necessary registration so that the wastes may be legally collected and/or disposed of within Orange County. Applicants may be registered under any terms, conditions, orders as directed by Orange County Health Care Agency. Vehicles will be automatically invoiced by this agency for every subsequent year after initial registration. It is incumbent upon registered liquid waste haulers to notify this agency in order to cancel registration, selling or discontinue of business.
