This issue is most commonly caused by not having an email attached to your account. In order to log into your account and make purchases and reservations online, we will need to attach your email, which acts as your log in.  For reservations, call us at Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, and someone will be happy to attach your email to your account. For annual passes, please call 714-619-8057. You can also reach us at OCParks@OCParks.com and for annual passes at annualpass@pcioc.com at any time.  Please include in the email the issue you are having, and the last 7 digits on the back of your annual parking pass.  We will return your email within 2 days, Monday thru Friday.
