OC Zoo Opens Sept. 12 with Modifications

The OC Zoo inside Irvine Regional Park will reopen Saturday, Sept. 12 with modifications to promote the health and safety of our visitors, staff and animals. These measures are based on guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the State of California.

The number of visitors will be limited, and visitors must follow a designated path of travel within the zoo. Keeper chats, animal presentations, and animal interactions will not be offered at this time to discourage congregations of people. Our Petting Zoo, feeding of goats and sheep, and animal interactions are closed temporarily while we minimize public contact with animals.
