NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING 10-6-16 BY THE ORANGE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
PROPOSAL: Rancho Mission Viejo (RMV) requests approval of a Site Development Permit to allow 118 multiple family dwellings on three (3) numbered lots, one (1) lettered lot for a private street, and a model home complex on an 8.97-acre site including Project Specific Alternative Site Development Standards. The Project Specific Alternative Site Development Standards would allow for the guest parking spaces which serve Lots 14, 22-26, 28, 58, 69-72, 115, and 117 to be located beyond 200 feet of the dwelling which they serve. The inclusion of the Project Specific Alternative Site Development Standards requires that the Zoning Administrator, in a public hearing, be the approving authority for this project proposal per Ranch Plan Planned Community Program Text Section II.C.4.b.
LOCATION: The project site is located in the southeastern portion of unincorporated Orange County, within Planning Area 2, Subarea 2.3 of the Ranch Plan Planned Community. The project site is located east of Antonio Parkway and north of Cow Camp Road west of Gobernadora Canyon, within the Fifth (5th) Supervisorial District. The project site encompasses all of “B” VTTM 17602, which is located on Lots 1 and 2 of “A” Final Map 17563, on the northeast corner of Esencia Drive and Chiquita Canyon Drive.
