Bank Robber on Citibank at 23562 El toro Road Lake Forest
On 04-26-18 at approximately 1420 hours, an unknown male subject described as white, 6’2” tall, 165 pounds, wearing a black hat, sunglasses, long sleeve shirt and blue jeans walked into the Citibank at 23562 El Toro Road in Lake Forest and demanded money. The unknown male subject took an undisclosed amount of cash from the bank.
